Colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor variations. If a product offered by ELOMI Shop is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All swimwear items (including bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, plus size options, and accessories) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

ELOMI Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 CAD via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 CAD via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

5.2 Return Conditions

• All swimwear must be returned in original condition with hygiene liner intact
• Swim accessories must be unused and in original packaging
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Swimwear Bottoms (sold separately)
• Any swimwear with removed tags or hygiene liners
• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

5.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and return instructions
3. Package your items securely with original tags
4. Ship to: ELOMI Shop Returns, 4486 Blanshard, Victoria, BC V8W 2H9 Canada

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.5 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
