We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Canadian-designed bikinis, tankinis, one-pieces, and plus-size swimwear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All swimwear must be returned in original condition with hygiene liner intact
- Swim accessories (goggles, bags, etc.) must be unused and in original packaging
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Swimwear Bottoms (sold separately)
- Any swimwear with removed tags or hygiene liners
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our Victoria-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags in the original packaging if possible
- Ship Your Return: Include your RAN clearly on the package and send to: ELOMI Shop Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply)
For faster service, you may place a new order online and return the original item separately.
